On the couch with Geek Ink pilot episode!

A couple of friends and I got together to chat about the geek scene in Cape Town. This is our pilot episode, so we still have to work out some of the bugs. Some minor swearing if that’s not your thing.

Geek Ink Updates: So a small piece I wrote got published on the upcoming 2016 EGE Expo

I wrote a small piece on the upcoming EGE Expo for the Cape Times. It got published fairly intact which I was quite chuffed with. However, I have mailed them asking that they change the title of “gaming expert” to gaming/geek blogger/journalist/writer. While I do know a lot about the games industry, I wouldn’t claim to be an expert on the subject. At least my suggestions match up with my qualifications (journalism was part of my undergrad).

Geek Out! Found good Durban curries in Kenilworth, Cape Town!

While I’ve only blogged about food once in the past, I felt this important information needed to be spread to the people! Please check out The Mustard Seed in Kenilworth, this amazing little Indian place I recently discovered thanks to some friends/family of mine. If you want to know why click play on the video below.

By the way, this is mostly a podcast, but there are some images to support the discussion.
